Delete your TodoUno account

This page explains how users of the TodoUno app can request that their account and associated data be deleted. This meets Google Play’s account deletion requirements.

How to request account deletion

Choose one of the following methods:

  1. In the TodoUno app (when available): open Profile → Settings → Delete account, confirm your identity, and submit the request.
  2. By email (always available): send a message from the email or phone number linked to your account to privacy@todouno.com with the subject line “Delete my TodoUno account”.

Include in your email:

  • Full name on the account
  • Registered email and/or phone number
  • Account type (Customer, Merchant / Shop, or Rider)
  • Optional: reason for deletion

Email account deletion request

What we delete

After we verify your request, we delete or irreversibly anonymize:

  • Account profile (name, email, phone, profile photo)
  • Login credentials and authentication tokens
  • Saved addresses and preferences
  • Carts, wishlists, and in-app messages tied to your account
  • Merchant shop profile & product listings you own (merchant accounts)
  • Rider profile & job history identifiers (rider accounts)
  • Push notification tokens and device identifiers linked to the account

What we may keep (and for how long)

Some data may be retained for a limited time where required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, or disputes:

  • Order & payment transaction records — typically up to 7 years or as required by tax/accounting rules (often kept in anonymized or restricted form)
  • KYC / identity verification documents (merchants/riders) — for the compliance period required by law
  • Fraud, abuse, and security logs — typically up to 12 months
  • Support tickets — typically up to 24 months

Retained data is not used for marketing and is access-restricted.

Processing time

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days (often sooner). You will lose access to TodoUno features once the account is deleted.
