Request data access or deletion
Use this page to ask TodoUno to access, correct, or delete some or all of your personal data without deleting your entire account. To close your account completely, use Delete your TodoUno account.
What you can request
- Access — a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Correction — fix inaccurate profile or shop information
- Partial deletion — remove specific data (e.g. saved addresses, profile photo, chat history, marketing preferences) while keeping the account
- Opt-out — stop non-essential marketing messages
How to submit a request
- Email privacy@todouno.com from your registered email
- Use subject: “TodoUno data request”
- State clearly: Access / Correction / Partial deletion / Marketing opt-out
- List the data types you want handled
What we may still keep
Even after a partial deletion, we may retain order/payment records, security logs, or KYC data where legally required — as described in our Privacy Policy and Delete account page.
Timing
We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days.
